"I had a very poor experience with this State Farm office. Communication was consistently lacking, and when I called with questions or concerns, I was often rushed off the phone by staff rather than helped. It felt like getting basic information or assistance required excessive effort. I also repeatedly requested help, yet I kept receiving rude, dismissive, attittude. Imagine getting in an accident and someone telling you I dont know I'm going to lunch or I'm about to get off work. This was frustrating and made me feel ignored rather than supported as a customer. Overall, my experience felt predatory rather than service-oriented. When I needed help, it was like pulling teeth. I would caution others to be very careful and to advocate strongly for themselves if choosing this office. Beware of all the good reviews. Runnnnn Far away from this team."
